Joe and Luis were top notch. The first time here, they examined the job and discussed that it had to be completed in the next 3 days. They went out of their way to find the right part in the style I wanted, and arranged a second appointment for 3 days later. The job was completed in about two hours.. they even changed a shower head for me in another bathroom. As with other jobs with Christian brothers, they were attentive to my home, and thoroughly cleaned up after. Thorough explanations and instructions and superior courtesy is a hallmark! Thanks Luis and Joe!

Couldn’t give LESS than 1 star so 1 is what they get. (PLEASE READ ALL) Needed to shorten my hot water line by 8 inches to the right and was told $400 for a 25 minute job! ABSOLUTELY FU@KING INSANE! Did it myself with Sharkbite products from Lowes for $46 USING NO FLAME in 6 minutes! Obviously their name is NOT because of RELIGIOUS BELIEFS or they wouldn’t have tried to SCREW ME! Still had to pay $50 for service call with NO WORK DONE! Sharkbite products are CERTIFIED and WITHIN CODE! DO IT YOURSELF!

The people on the phone were courteous and professional. They had someone out in a little over an hour! I was figuring it would take a couple days for them to get to me. He fixed the main problem I called for and looked over all of my breaker box and tested outlets all within an hour! He was courteous, friendly and professional as well. This company gave a level of service you just don’t see often today and the price was fair. Highly recommended, and they will be the 1st number I call if I am ever in need again.

Our house has older plumbing, so we’ve had to call Courtesy a few times over the last couple of years. Dan is our guy. He explains what he’s doing and why. He also makes sure we know how to prevent it in the future or what we should look for next time. I would recommend Courtesy to anyone.

***2021 Update*** Still using Courtesy, Dan is still our guy. Great customer service and reasonable pricing!

We have used Courtesy Plumbing of AZ, LLC for all of our commercial properties for many years now. They always repair and resolve our plumbing issues in a timely manner. I’ve also called them to work on my home as well. Dan, Jake, Lynne and Ryan are always professional and they always give me an update of what the problem was and how they fixed it. My parents needed a complete repiping done on their older mobile home in Surprise. Jerry Fredericks gave a quote over the weekend, came in on Monday and completed the job within a few hours. We have had issues with odors at our business for 4 years. Over the years we have called out many plumbers and have spent hours and a lot of money chasing odors, still the odors remained. We contacted ALLPRO and told them the problems we were having and they came out and line jetted all our plumbing. The guys did a thorough job and made sure the lines were done right. This took several hours but well worth it. The odors are gone! Once they were done ALLPRO cleaned the grease trap. We had been using a different company and they had come out recently. Everything should have been pretty clean. What they found indicated how poor our last grease trap cleaning service provider was doing. The results speak for themselves and the results are amazing. I highly recommend ALLPRO.

Installed a mixer in a shower. Had a bathtub that was making noise in pipes when hot water turned on, repiped small portion and installed new faucets replacing cheap builders quality originals.

I was driving to work this morning and i was cut off by some dude in a truck.. had to slam on my breaks.. license plate number was “cj-62007”.. maybe you guys should check driving records before letting an employee drive around in your work vehicles..
