Stopped in based on the reviews and it did not disappoint! The calamari was some of the best we’ve ever tried! The owner stopped by and let us know it was a family recipe, delicious! The minestrone was so flavorful, I can say with confidence the best I’ve had! I had the chicken cacciatore and my boyfriend had the chicken parmigiana, they were both cooked perfectly. The piano man came and really set the mood, we will be back!

Holy F the pink sauce I legit wanted to drink it! It is amazing! I ordered for pick up but will be dining in next time as its a beautiful atmosphere And in the five minutes I was there picking up my order I think every employee Greeted me and made small talk. I found them because I was craving pasta and googled places near me and I think ive found my new fave place!

I had been wanting to go to Dolce Vino for 3 months but didn’t have the time until a few nights ago. The main reason was because I knew they had Gluten Free options.
I am now a HUGE fan!
Ernesto, the chef/owner was so personable and kept coming to our table to make sure everything was okay. He let me know all of my gf options and told me if there was anything special I would like next time, to just call a day ahead and he will make sure to have it for me.
It’s hard to find customer service like this these days. The food we had was amazing! We will be back many times!

The Food was great, our server Adrian was very helpful and always checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would come again. We got a pizza and tried they’re spicy pesto wings along with tortellini and Arizona chicken salad

Those chefs sure know what they’re doing! Delicious!!

Last time I went was very disappointing experience. I’ve been going here since I was a kid. It was the best place to get a Chicago dog. The french fries were delicious now they are not. It seems this places quality has gone down hill. They’re doing something different and it tastes cheaper. The hot dogs and fries tasted cheaper with less toppings on the hot dogs. Very sad

They are a family local owned and operated business that sales the best true Chicago style Vienna beef hotdogs in the valley. They also have homemade fresh cut fries as well as homemade Italian Ice. And the staff is amazing. You can’t go wrong you should try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Me and my peeps (gangster talk for family and friends) have been eating here since the 90s and food is tops. You gotta remember to bring cash they don’t take cards. If you like Chicago style polish and Italian beef you won’t be disappointed. Prices are reasonable too.

Love this place. Have been going for years. They have hot and cold food. The bakery is to die for. Its hard to leave without buying something. We get subs to eat at home. They have lots of italian items that you cant get anywhere else. Except for maybe back east. Highly recommend.

The Best Italian grocery deli of Phoenix Arizona… Hands down!! The sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Love their pizza, fresh ingredients, perfect sauce. Decided to try the pasta last night. Wow, it was amazing. Had the raviolis with alfredo sauce. Homemade, and absolutely the best I’ve ever tasted. Thank you for a wonderful dinner, Don’s New York Pizza!

I ordered the Regina Margherita D.o.c .and it was absolutely delicious. I expected it to be good and was truly hoping to find something in The Valley that reminded me of the pizza I had in Italy. Safe to say it exceeded my expectations. The ingredients tasted super fresh, the tomatoes were delicious, and the crust was perfectly chewy. Definitely not the kind of crust you leave behind. Highly recommend!

Best cheesecake in the valley. Wait what? Cheesecake? Isn’t this a pizza place? Yes. The pizza is fantastic too (my favorite is the Dolce Diavolo) but there is a lot of great pizza on their level in the valley. Haven’t found cheesecake anywhere near as good as La Piazza’s.

Lady was very friendly and attentive. Pepperoni pizza was very tasty but had a lot of juice underneath. The Old Standard or Standby was not as flavorful and literally was pizza soup. There was so much liquid under it that it was immediately soggy, have never ever seen that much liquid under a pizza. She immediately took it back and they put it on another pan and then back in the oven for a few minutes. It was much better then but did not have the flavor that the pepperoni pizza did. The basket of bread balls with marinara dipping sauce was great. Don’t know how often I would eat here though, $60 for 2 pizzas and no drinks is steep. For $26 & $30 a pizza plus tax they better be amazing .

1st time here…..food was good. The inside eating had 3 small flat screens with a movie on it (fast and furious) No sound, no music…..so the ambiance wasn’t really there. Too quiet

Good food! Cannoli major surprise, super smooth and creamy but not too sweet,Perfect!! I do that the prices and size of salads are way out of line though who wants to pay $11.00 for a garden salad?

My wife and I have been coming here for over a decade now, and this is by far our favorite pizza place. Good prices, great taste, staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for a smile. Oh, and if you’re looking for awesome ranch, they sell it by the bottle! :). This review is for the Desert Rose Steakhouse. There is also a bar and pizza place attached, but only the Gastropub comes up on Google. This is a huge restaurant/complex in downtown Glendale with a casual restaurant, bar, outdoor stage, cigar lounge, and steakhouse.
We had the calamari appetizer, salmon pasta with pesto and red pepper sauce, and double pork chops with the house mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. Everything was very good and piping hot—it was still hot halfway through my meal.

Our server was very friendly, as was the hostess/manager (owner? She certainly acted like an owner, which is wonderful if she is an employee).

We’ll be back for more good food and friendly service.

Kid friendly, there are 3 areas, one for nice dinner the prime rib was excellent, and the Artichoke spinach dip was very tasty! An area indoor outdoor with misters great for children games, pizza. Great place!

This amazing place has been our go to gem for years. Fine dining? Check. Pub atmosphere? Check. Outdoor fun and games? Check. Family friendly? You get the idea. The cigar and bourbon bar is closed now but the great service and amazing food remains a favorite for us. Go! You won’t regret it.
