2/17/21 went to Mega Furniture and was met at door by Salesperson Paulette Hicks. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. She listened to what I wanted and showed me what I wanted pointing out features and details of each item. She was able to discuss the various materials and answered my questions. Wanted a coffee table. Asked for their best price on a certain one. The young lady asked the mgr, Ben, and they came back with $999. I said I’d come back in a week with my truck and buy it if it was still there. She agreed… So when I returned she acted like she didn’t remember. She got Jesse, because Ben wasn’t there. Jesse said he couldn’t sell it for that price and that he didn’t believe me (as if I’m lying). The lady told me Ben would be back in two weeks. Jesse told me he’d be in tomorrow. I’ve bought two chairs from them recently. Not again!

AMAZING EVERYTHING! From customer service, professionalism, prices and value for my budget, not to mention going above and beyond for complete satisfaction! Anthony (manager) assisted me with getting everything I wanted for an amazing price and making sure I got it delivered to me the day I needed it to be. Anthony and his crew even went the extra mile to get the job done as late as 9 PM, delivering, assembling and hauled away rubbish. I highly recommend you going there to get what you need! Much Aloha for these guys making our move from Hawaii to Arizona that much more comfortable, easy, and welcoming! 🙏

Larry Maynard was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable on the products, and Anthony was the Manager they both worked great together. The Delivery was prompt and very quick. Install was great to!! The Dreher’s will be a regular customer from now on. After 24 years of marriage my wife and I finally got a great night sleep first new bed ever together. Went into the store just to look, but ended up seeing a pair of couches that we fell in love with. Fernando one of the sales reps was helpful, quick, and just an awesome guy. He took our order and we were able to pick up the couches that same day the whole thing didn’t take any longer then 20 minutes. Super great staff.

The store Manager is a slimy creep and he does not know how to up sell or help a customer in away that makes him not seem like a “salesmen” this very unfortunate. He is not friendly nor is he customer driven. I was in need of help with a better item. He seemed bothered to help me and not interested. What a pathetic level of service. People and their attitudes and level of commitment to great service…..both just missing.

I paid for a 75in TV, waited for delivery, just for them to tell me they broke my TV, didn’t call was going to force me to wait a whole week for another one. Mind you I called them at 11 to see when the delivery was & they said between 4pm & 7pm. I called at 6:15 to see what was going on with the delivery & they just now decided (When I called them) to tell me they broke the TV, Horrible service I asked for a refund & they had me on hold till almost closing time. Horrible service, horrible communication I do not recommend after this.

Let me start by saying I’m a very impatient person when it comes to to shopping for anything. As soon as we came in we were greeted by Josh and I told him what we were looking for a sectional couch and he was able to show me a couple couches that fit my needs. His personality and demeanor made us feel very welcomed. He was very knowledgeable about the different couches in store and they did not have the couch we wanted at the time. He was very friendly and helpful so we came back today and purchased the sectional we always wanted. Josh made what should have been a complicated decision very easy and reassuring.
